OTTAWA, July 31, 2017 – As the summer of #canada150 and #ottawa2017 draws to a close, one event will leave its mark on Ottawa as a juggernaut of arts and culture from the underground, rising up to bid farewell to the Summer in style. Saturday boats of Free Admission and an entire afternoon of family-friendly programming both under the bridge, and in the Seeds Tent, where a youthful curiosity in Hip Hop Arts is fostered and grows under the guidance of professional artists.
